As a kid, I never heard the phrase "I love y'all." Now, I hear people say it all the fourth dimension—at the cease of phone calls and whenever parting ways.
When I moved abroad from my hometown of Adelaide, Southward Commonwealth of australia, twenty years ago, I noticed how much less I felt loved interstate in Melbourne, Victoria. Even though I didn't hear "I love yous" when I was in Adelaide, somehow I knew people cared.
Soon subsequently I arrived here, I had 2 wonderful children who've taught me all nigh love. They regularly tell me they love me, and I often overhear them telling their friends.
This got me thinking: how tin can nosotros let people know we care, beyond simply saying "I love y'all?"
